ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The key objectives of this role are:
- Open distribution in FMCG Channels through new KA.
- Key Accounts Management and ownership (price, RTM, promotions, Stock Management, Wholesalers…)
- Incentives and sales reporting and tracking.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
- Deliver sales with new categories (vapour and modern oral)
- Ensure strategic SKUs distribution in different clusters
- Provide information and analysis data

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reach new clients and FMCG groups
- Budget control with suppliers and orders management
- Present in different forums activities, post implementation reviews, tactic plans
- Ensure data base is update and align company requirements
- Alignment with other departments as Brand, Trade, Activation, Supply in order to ensure new product launches, migrations or brand code updates
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- At least 3 years’ experience in a KA or direct sales company.
- FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- User knowledge of content editing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and also CRM: PowerBI, Sales Force
- Good communication skills.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
