BAT is currently looking for a Consumer Experience Analyst to join the Spanish Consumer Experience team based in our offices in Madrid. As a Consumer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to BAT brand´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different campaigns and touchpoints: Retail activation touchpoints, Point of Sale Material, Digital platforms and BTL initiatives.
  • Analyze and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insight for new initiatives and recommendations.
  • Generate new solutions for Retail in order to be competitive, proactive and make a difference vs. the competition.
  • Management of the Permanent and non-permanent materials (alignment with brand/trade, implementation, follow up, tracking)
  • Analyze competition and other industries activation to propose new activation tools or materials.
  • Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Full alignment with Category teams to ensure brand strategy is developed in Iberia markets.
  • Ensure strong alignment with creative agencies.
  • Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication with production agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.
  • Full control of campaign development from area alignment and agency brief to deployment on field.
  • Monitor and control of the correct Marketing investment budget allocation per activation tool.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
  • Master Degree in Marketing, digital marketing, MBA or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing positions.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in digital marketing will be valuable.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High effective in planning and organization
  • Acknowledged and proven leadership, proactivity, and ownership.
  • Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Ability to multitask and influence others.
  • Team player and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Drive and passion
  • A close working relationship with the Retail Activation Manager and the rest of the team is required to effectively carry out delegated projects.
  • Close working relationships with internal departments: Trade Marketing, Field Force, Brand Team, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal and Marketing Finance
  • Regular contact and ongoing management of the external agencies and supplier is required.
  • Market/customer visits will be important to ensure best in class activation.
