ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a Data & Social Listening Analyst to join our Social Media Monitoring team and take the lead of the operation of our social listening platforms to conduct social media reports data sorting, analytics and reports based on case classification as well as develop, deliver, insights and templates to best analyze outcome.
As Data & Social Listening Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the data and the business. Your key responsibilities will be to monitor social conversation for internal teams and classify through Brand Protection, Reputation Management and Own Compliance categories and protocols and be the leading hand through the development and delivery of data analysis and reporting quality, accountable for continuous improvement initiatives and taking a lead role in coordinating data ingestion activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Conduct diagnostics on existing Excel reports, develop solutions, implement them, and monitor validation processes to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
- Perform data modeling activities based on project requirements.
- Provide consultation and recommendations regarding best practices and optimal data solutions
- Build & maintain up-to-date internal processes and documentation to ensure data relevance.
- Consolidate data requirements and actively engage with the team to ensure data availability and accuracy.
- Assess hits and categorize them appropriately on the Sprinklr dashboard.
- Write hit summaries for incorporation into reports and alerts.
- Monitor & investigate fake accounts.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical skills for data capture and analysis
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of data structures, modelling, and architecture.
- Experience in developing solutions using PowerBI
- Comfortable working with numbers and possessing a strong analytical sense.
- Willingness to learn social listening with the provided platform
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset and resourcefulness.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
Technical / Functional Skills Required
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Data analysis tools knowledge (PowerBI)
Beneficial
- Social listening tools knowledge (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, SentiOne, Brand 24) and tool setup including keywords, query parameters and dashboards.
- Previous experience in developing products using agile methodologies and adopting agile ways of working.
