ROLE SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Survey administrator to join our Insights Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end internal studies' implementation in Qualtrics tool. This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency and survey management expertise to ensure smooth operations and data set up, collection and actionable analysis outcome.

Part of this role is also supporting with development of a new eco system and long-term roadmap for holistic consumer journey understanding in a digital landscape aiming to unlock the potential of big data and empower even more advanced marketing activation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • End-to-end survey management from design, implementation and analysis.
  • Training and supporting end-users in survey creation and administration within the Qualtrics platform.
  • Leading data visualisation and development of analytics reporting tools for internal stakeholders.
  • Addressing data connectivity challenges in close collaboration with the technical team.
  • Oversight of secure data exchange between different tools within the technical ecosystem to enable personalized marketing activation and closed loop marketing.
  • Serving as internal consultant to the organization on all matters related to Consumer Insights and Consumer Analytics.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience with survey creation tools (Oracle, Tableau, Qualtrics, etc.).
  • End-to-end survey creation and administration experience.
  • Good business understanding and ability to translate business needs into consumer-dedicated surveys.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behaviour and the drivers behind it.
  • High affinity for digital trends and topics as well as good technical understanding.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn and understand new technical systems.
  • Professional English skills.
