ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As an Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of communication materials for BAT brands while educating audiences about our offerings across the Baltics. Fluency in English is essential to efficiently carry out your duties, which include executing current year activation plans and contributing to the development of future strategies. This position involves business travel to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia for market visits, offering opportunities for professional growth and cultural enrichment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Collaborating with creative agencies to develop a wide range of marketing materials and equipment for points of sale in the Baltics markets across multiple categories.
• Securing necessary approvals from stakeholders including the Category Team, relevant Baltic countries, and the Legal Department
• Overseeing the POSM materials production and distribution process to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery
• Maintaining close collaboration with the Baltics and Category Teams through active communication across various channels and regular participation in weekly meetings
• Executing the activation plan for the current year and providing support in formulating strategies for the following year
• Contributing to monthly operational meetings for the Baltics by preparing relevant insights and inputs
• Assisting in the management of budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and expenditure control

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Cooperation in an international environment

• Prior experience collaborating within an international context
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management or coordination
• Fluent command of the English language
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite
• Capacity to perform effectively under time constraints with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently
