BAT SERBIA IS LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

MAIN TASKS:
- Maintaining data in SAP related to machine maintenance
- Monitoring of maintenance costs
- Leading projects and active participation in equipment installations
- Monitoring the status of spare parts and creating order proposals
- Responsible for catalogs and revision of catalogs according to modifications
- Proposing improvements on the machines based on producers recomendations, recomendations of colleagues.
- Demonstrating ownership through improvements of manufacturing performances
- Planning preventive maintenance and realization of preventive maintenance
- Participation in complex problem solvings
- Fixing defects on machines with team or individual
- Making action plan per lines together with production team
- Participation in malfunction analysis, process failures and quality failures analysis with production team
- Responsible for reparation of spare parts
- Responsible for keeping materials and equipment that are global approved
- Responsible for respecting safety standards
EXPECTATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or College degree - mechanic or electric department
- Experience in production environment will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of machine parts and experience in repairs will be considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Good training and communication skills
- Knowledge and use of English language will be considered as advantage
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience and knowledge of SAP will be considered as advantage
- Experience with technical documentation
- Developed problem solving skills
- Excellent in prioritising activities
