British American TobaccoDigital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Web Executive in Seoul
The Web Executive is responsible for managing digital contents, leads execution of digital campaigns, and ensures the team is equipped with the right tools and best practices coordinating internal and external stakeholders in maintaining an optimized web environment and seamless campaign delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supports digital marketing initiatives and enhances online consumer engagement by maintaining and updating web assets. Create a bridge between development and service operations.
- Lead conversations in ensuring excellence in web activation and support represent web & EC team in related subject matters cross functionally.
- Manage and localize digital assets and toolkits for online activation, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to share and triage web content across platforms.
- Brief agencies and vendors on web activation creatives and front-end development requirements.
- Ensure timely publishing and maintenance of content, working closely with vendors including but not limited to front to back-end developers and publishers.
- Conduct pre-flight testing and final sign-off for all web-related activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot web-related issues and provide solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Oversee web translations and ensure consistency across all language versions.
- Monitor and manage web vitals, ensuring optimal website performance and consumer engagement.
- Support incident management and resolve any fraudulent or non-compliant activities on digital platforms.
- Provide ad hoc support for non-campaign tasks, such as asset swaps and web updates.

What are we looking for?
Experience Required
- 3~5 years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of web content management systems and tools (e.g. Adobe suite, Shopify, Magento).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including but not limited to contents publishing, SEO, marketing automation, and web performance metrics & analytics tools (e.g. Adobe or google analytics).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables.
Desirable experience
- Experience working in the South Korean market or similar cultural contexts.
- High proficiency in verbal and written Korean and business level verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving web issues.
