ROLE SUMMARY
Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as an Entry Level Manager in our Marketing organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Ensure compliance of the sales KPIs and product impact.
- Support the strategic plans of the brands.
- Support of brand activities to satisfy the needs of the market consumer.
- Work with Trade Marketing, Activation in preparation of participation programs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the activities of the cycle plan.
YOU COULD BE THE NEXT GLOBAL GRADUATE IF YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, International Businessor related field.
- Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to December 2024).
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Marketing or a related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing)
- Excellent MO skills.
- Are open to relocate globally.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
