WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Collaborate on the preparation of IT Services reports (Key Performance Indicators, Services Level Agreements).
- Collaborate on Digital and Communication activities.
- Collaborate on IT Security and Compliance activities.
- Collaborate on the selection and development of solutions.
- Collaborate to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
- Contribute to project plans and services improvement plans.
- Ensure deliverables are produced to time, cost & quality.
- Collaborate to ensure the business requirements are translated to a Technology implementation to deliver on services goals, align on Business priorities.
- Actively participate in contributing to their own development to be a better graduate.
- Actively contribute in assigned initiatives related to services processes and transformation projects.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Be student of Business Administration, Business Systems, Analytics, Data Analytics, or any other Information Technology related career.
- Graduation date between June and end of 2024.
- Advanced English.
- Nice to have knowledge about HTML.
- O365 package, good level in PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
- Know and apply agile methodologies.
- Have effective communication.
- Be an engage person.
