ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
- Implement activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO critical metrics for the assigned Category.
- As SNO “single point of contact” (SPOC) working with a specific supplier to help achieve Category, Global & Region’s targets.
- Actively embrace and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, PBI, and other online tools) for the assigned Supplier/Category.
- Continuously upskill technical capabilities and commercial understanding.
- Continuously seek and explore process simplification within Category.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Specific accountabilities for Master Planner Role:
- Communicating and collaborating with SNO Demand & Inventory teams and SNO Customer Fulfilment teams.
- Managing supply chain networks, maps, and cumulative planning lead-times.
- Resolving and communicating supply issues impacting external demand.
- Handling planned orders to End Market and production change exceptions.
- Implementing distribution orders within the firm zone and ensuring constraint availability.
- Managing supply planning, transactional, and master data.
- Understanding demand changes from regional D&I planners.
- Achieving an efficient plan for the entire planning horizon and firming supply and planned orders in the planning zone.
- Monitoring and addressing supply exceptions and managing constraints in supply.
- Crafting Planning BOM, new constraints in KXS Rapid Response, and sharing forecasts with suppliers.
- Selecting scenarios for resolution as needed.
- Defining and maintaining resources not in the source system.
Specific accountabilities for the Master Planner (external):
- Achieving an efficient plan for the entire planning horizon.
- Firming and aligning planned orders for purchasing in the planning zone.
- Handling planning, transactional, and sourcing master data.
- Monitoring and addressing supply exceptions.
- Collaborating with Suppliers' Master Planner Production, production scheduler, and D&I Planner.
- Managing constraints within suppliers and ensuring visibility of supplier capacity and raw materials availability.
- Selecting scenarios for resolution as needed.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Completed University Degree in Science/ Business Admin/ Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Engineering
- Experience in FMCG Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
- 1-3 years of experience across Planning, Procurement and NPI areas (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and digital skills
- Sound and round Supply Chain and material purchasing knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Knowledge in Kinaxis Rapid Response / SAP / APO will be an advantage
- Mastery in material knowledge & procurement area could be an advantage
