ALLOWANCE/SALARY RANGE: Starting at RM 5,400 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

LOCATION: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The incumbent is responsible to implement Tier 1 and Tier 2 Employee services related service requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as answer sophisticated Employee queries related to Tier 1 & Employee Admin matters. This provides Employee services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are driven and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs.

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Direct Reporting Business Units

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Specializes in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee Services support while ensuring that relevant processes are delivered optimally and always provides excellent Customer services
  • Implement requests from CoE or Business HR and addresses complex queries
  • Ensures process alignment with business strategy and resourcing needs
  • Collaborates with HRBPs, CoEs, and internal DBS HR teams
  • Leads and supervises employee service team
  • Drives operational excellence and KPI achievement
  • Leads all aspects of HR data administration and maintains data configuration
  • Provides ongoing mentorship and handles BAU activities
  • Evaluates team performance and adherence to company policies
  • Delivers data management services with focus on quality assurance
  • Promotes continuous improvement and investigates escalations
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of personnel records

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • Prior supervisory experience or team leadership skills
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in a HR Shared Services or Employee Services
  • Diligent focus on detail with an unwavering commitment to precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous
  • Strong work ethic, positive demeanour, and analytical skills
  • Customer service-oriented approach with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, and grace in client interactions
  • Mature, independent, resourceful, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work on Public Holidays on a rotational basis
  • Experience with Regional HR Shared Services is a plus
  • Proficient in data management and HR processes will be an added advantage
