The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for ensuring the availability and quality of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing warehouse management, and meeting regulatory and operational standards to achieve zero tolerance for out-of-stock situations while leading strategic initiatives and managing key performance indicators.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ensure SITCO Central Warehouse processes meet regulatory and BAT standards.
- Implement robust plans to achieve zero tolerance for out-of-stock in materials and finished goods.
- Develop and maintain Raw Material and Production Planning Modules to manage inventory.
- Ensure Central Warehouse conditions stay in sync with EHS and PIT standards.
- Deliver Sales and Operational Plans on time, including sub-process meetings and requirements.
- Drive Supply Review by providing accurate planning information and data.
- Measure and track Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators effectively.
- Manage key pivotal initiatives and projects within quality, time, and budget constraints.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Graduate qualifications in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields with supporting management qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of line management experience in a consumable manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and develop effective business plans for long- and short-term objectives.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience in a unionized, multi-cultural workforce environment.
- Understanding of the relationship between product design and smoking quality.
- Ability to build and develop sound business plans and strategies.
