British American TobaccoCosta Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Employee Services Analyst in Heredia
This role will partner extensively with internal and external stakeholders and the goal is to ensure the correct data of the employees in the respective systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, an effective communicator, problem solver, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Also, as part of this team, the contributor will provide technical expertise through the employees' master data processing for nominated area in accordance with BAT policies and guidelines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out high level Data Administration on a day to day basis within HR systems environment
- Responsible for ensuring master data accuracy for payroll payments
- Ensuring processes are followed in within the BAT standards
- Troubleshoot master data issues and execute master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records in order to comply with audit requirements.
- Fully understanding the effects of master data settings on how the system performs so that processes work and meet the customer’s needs.
- Process clients´ daily matters that are received with a high-quality service.
- Ensuring the correct Internal Control process by month and the respective documentation for audit purpose and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- With at least two years of experience in employees master data management (multi provinces payroll rules)
- Medium / advanced knowledge in the SuccessFactors & DayForce technology platform.
- MS Office – Medium / advanced level.
- English – at least B2.
- Propose new ideas and constantly innovate in the current role.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or currently studying) in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.
