For our location in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) within Talent Management for the field of Learning & Development and Employer Branding. Apply now until 15 November 2024!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Local and international training initiatives: Actively support the organization and implementation, and learn to work with various stakeholders
- Learning & Development projects: Take responsibility and work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
- Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation, and gain valuable insights
- Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing, social media, and gain insights into international Employer Branding strategies
What are we looking for?
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills and open mindset
- Independent and proactive working style
- Strong analytical skills
- Being confident with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally already practical experience in Human Resources or Marketing
