BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION  MARKETING  MANAGER

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Leading development of coordinated digital marketing strategy and plans, implement end-to-end digital campaigns, and ultimately engage and excite consumers in digital world to propel accelerated growth for BAT global brands across categories in Indonesia.

Collaborating closely across functions within BAT Indonesia and partnering with the agencies to operate best-in-industry consumer facing digital services (search, paid media, CRM, web and e-commerce).

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Partner with the Category team to drive objective-based full-funnel digital marketing strategy and propagate standard methodologies in brand building, consumer engagement, acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Support coordinated cross-channel digital campaign planning and execution across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Understand SEO and paid media agency to drive best-in class organic and paid search strategy for the market.
  • Provide mentorship on consumer acquisition, segmentation, and retention strategy and lead all aspects of CRM campaign execution and reporting.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to drive sales on 3rd party marketplaces, coordinate marketplace platform fundamentals (e.g., campaign optimization, onsite merchandising), analyse performance and draw practical insights
  • Be the project owner to coordinate all digital marketing initiatives between internal end market collaborators and agencies
  • Own strategic relationship between multi category and digital agencies
  • Lead each campaign’s scope and timeline in an agile manner

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 3 years’ experience as Digital Manager within consumer-focused company, experience in driving growth for new or innovative categories highly desirable
  • Consistent track record of crafting and performing highly effective digital marketing campaigns using Online to Offline strategy
  • Digital marketing and media planning experience (search, programmatic, social media, influencer marketing, etc.)
  • Experience in running brand website and e-commerce through 3rd party marketplaces
  • Possesses big picture on end-to-end marketing and online commerce process (assortment marketplace management, marketing campaign organization, fulfilment, customer service)
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and partner management abilities
